I get that error when the game crashes. Don't know why you get it? Can your PC run MW2 at all?

Yeah I run MW2 in extra so I don't no what is the problem !

Seems like the good old error that we had at aIW client, caused by bandoo applications and such toolbars.

Open regedit, (start, regedit) then find these keys and make them blank:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_DLLs

 

Alternativelly, extract and run one of these files that I once downloaded from a site known as "alterIWnet":

when i open game it lags a bit and then it says error couldn't load image preview_mp_compact....can u pls send me the files i need to place in my mw2 directory?

thats means you don't have to DLC just copy it from your alteriw folder or download them
