Borra el archivo caches.xml e inicia el LaunchIW4M.exe.

Si borrar el caches.xml no funciona creo que el dsut para los servidores tambien deberia servir, pero desconozco en que carpeta te descargara los archivos , solo usalo si no tienes la carpeta IW4M en %localappdata%

 

Hace unos dias compile estas 2 revisiones, las dejo aca por si llegan a ser utiles
