Yes you can:

Use

set sv_mapRotation "gametype dm map mp_afghan gametype sd map mp_derail gametype dm map mp_estate gametype sd map mp_favela"

instead of:

set sv_mapRotation "map mp_afghan map mp_derail map mp_estate map mp_favela"

You only set sv_maprotation once. Look at MAGIC's example.
