Made a screw up and enabled vote-banning, not just vote-kicking, from our server. Is there a way to unban people?

I think he is talking about the inbuilt vote kick and ban options.

On your server's "main" folder, you got a file named "permanent.ban"

Either edit that file with notepad++ to remove individual bans, or delete the file to remove all bans.

Then restart your server.
