I don't know. I bought the retail key for 13 euros, but I just saw GTA IV: Complete Edition was 9 euros on Steam, so I bought that. 14 activations left for the key. You can't use it on multiple computers at once though.

Doesn't work anymore. It used to work for older games, because GfWL codes had the same format, so they didn't know what game is being activated with a code. Now they changed a few things and you can't use the same key twoce for older games anymore either.
