program files has a space, so you need to add quotes.

cd "c:\program files\valve\hlserver"

Yes it does still work, two of my clan members have used this method this month, one last night.

 

Just follow the directions.

those maps are not in any of the dlc packs. after some searching. i found this. didnt feel like spending the time to mess with commands. enjoy
