Need Some Help Regarding COD MW2 Dedicated Server

I need some help regarding COD MW2 Dedicated Server, This shit is frustrating me, Not a Programmer at all, Need some editions in the dedicated server

Well I have few questions to ask, related to the Dedicated Server,

First One

I've successfully created a dedicated a server and successfully joined my own server.

1)I'm seeing my dedicated server in the Diffuse Section not in the Internet Tab

2) My Current map is MP_Afghan, I've deleted the chosen maps that I don't wanted to put on my server, from the /main/server.cfg file, Maps which I kept was RUST and Terminal. How Can I make Rust as my default map?

3) My Server is on Team-Deathmatch and I want to convert it into Free for all

4) I'm not able to make or pass any commands via console with-in the game. (If It's hard to explain this step, than don't hurt your fingers at all)
