Hello, I looked around the forums and I did not find any thread or post for this so if there is somewhere that I did not see many apologies.

 

I have a server that is running on the client at the moment and I was wondering what we ARE allowed and what we are NOT allowed to do. There are always complaints about stuff and I wanted to take the safe way instead of risking. One question that I had was if we are allowed to ban anyone in our server at any given time for not following our rules, or for anything else that we decide on that isn't on the rules. There has been many issues with this because I do not want to risk the de-list of the server. I want to know that if people are constantly complaining about stuff and about things we don't want people bothering us about if we can ban or kick whenever we wish (even though its our server), but I understand it's your client so you call the shots.

 

This has become something that gets in my head when we just want to get rid of someone and we don't want any complaints of bans to harm our server. Many thanks for any responses.

I remember in the old aIW ( i know this is not the old aIW) you could not have an 'nice only' (as in the last kill in

SnD must be a nice trickshot or they get kicked) rule on your server. I'm not sure now.

Yeah I remember that. We don't do SnD so thats not even a problem. But for all other reasons I think we are allowed to kick / ban whenever we want. That is what I want to confirm with a FD1 Staff.
