Crosshair problem!!!

Hi guys, i have this problem: yesterday i started the game and joined a server, not an HC server because i had the minimap and everything BUT i didn't have the crosshair!! I don't need it for weapons but i really need it when i use my throwing knife, without it it's impossible for me. What can i do?
