im not using any kind of cheat but got perma ban from GLZ-3 Dome server what i can i do ??

as i said in title i banned from glz3 dome server.i didnt use ant hack aimbot etc.

used riot shield's melee attack against an enemy soldier 2 times in a row then got banned :S ( ive melee profiency in my riot shield.)

can any1 help me to contact with that server admins ?? thanks in advance :)
