HELP! Stuck at updating rank and unlocks

Booted up IW4M and it says I've connected to IWnet and that it's fetched playlists, but it's stuck at "updating rank and unlocks"! I could leave it for an hour, and it would still be stuck. I read through other forum posts, and entering /readstats in the console does NOT work. help :(
