It depends on what you're going to use with it, there's no point in buying a DAC to pair them up with terrible headphones/speakers.

They're terrible for the price you're paying, I wouldn't pay more than €20,- for them.

 

Here's a chart of the frequency response, it has terrible highs, recessed mids and the nigrabass can work counter-productive in games.
