I asked quite a few people in game about this and no one seemed to have the same problem. I found in the stickies:

 

21. Ping is high in the server list?

That's a known bug, and when you're in-game your ping is lower.

 

Just wondering if there is any work around for this? It's becoming really frustrating trying to find a server that has a low ping in game.. Most of the "low pings" (200-500) are EU/RU/South America. Maybe an externel server list that has accurate pings so I could try to just add low ping servers to my favorites or something?
