MW3 MOD IN MW2 and new maps?

Theres this MW3 mod on most servers but whenever i try to get in my pc starts to lagg like hell, and also some servers show maps like oilrig burger town and a map starting with C and another with P :S help plz :)

    If you want help playing them... in the console type \devmap oilrig or invasion (Burgertown) or gulag or so_ghillies (Pripyat) or contingency, all depends on what map you want to play.
