1. The empirical system makes more sense than the metric system, even though the metric seems more even. If only we used the dozenal system..

2. Fahrenheit is only weird if you cling to the idea that temperature is only important for weather predictions.

3. That is just a language thing i.e. July the 3rd, as such 07/03 makes more sense. Neither are wrong or right.
