I have :

CPU : AMD Phenom X2 550 @3.10 GHz

GPU : XFX RADEON HD 4350 GDDR2

RAM : 1 X 2 GB CORSAIR DDR3 RAM

PSU: SOME CHEAP ASS LOCAL FRONTECH 500W PSU

MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-MA74GMT-S2 WITH AM3 SOCKET

I will be selling the replaced parts like CPU, GPU, PSU AND RAM NOT THE HDD

can anyone else suggest another better upgrade like a better CPU and GPU and please I don't want to buy a new mobo because I cant and if I buy a new mobo then it has to be a FM2 SOCKET one so I can put A10-5800K in it...

CPU is not that bad, it will still be able to run a few games, especially if you can unlock 4 cores or OC it, but that GPU is worst shit ever...

Also, rather get a higher quality PSU with less wattage than that 500W shit. I doubt that PC will spend more than 250W, even if you buy a better GPU, anything above 300W will suffice to power your system.

Pretty much this. Cards from the 2-3 year old generations are becoming seriously cheap now. Try to find a HD5770/6670/6750/6770, GTS450, GTX460 SE or GTX550Ti in a bargain bin somewhere.
