I'm not really excited about MEGA, I liked Megaupload only because most of the people uploaded to MU from the Warez site I used to DL from, MEGA would be a lot better if they made a backup of all the old files and there were link redirects, this way it might take a while before it gets populated by warez.

That means they would have to generate an encrypted something or other for all the old data. That would obviously not be very productive. MEGA is based about the users sharing the encrypted password. ie. The user who uploads the files would have to share they key to unlock the file. It is amazing, in a legal stand point, MEGA will claim to have no idea what their users are uploading and the users are responsible for what they do upload.
