I want to create server but not going to change of iw4m.dat to iw4m.exe(I do not appear extension .dat to .exe) :(

    Also, you don't even have IW4M game files there. That's just an old aIW installation.

    Use dsut to update that server installation -> http://iw5.prod.fourdeltaone.net/files/dsut.zip

    Then either turn iw4m.dat into iw4m.exe or use a batch to start iw4m.dat

    This is what I use:

    @echo off
start %installdir%iw4m.dat -dedicated +set party_maxplayers 18 +set net_port 28961 +exec server.cfg +map_rotate
