today, i installed a 4d1 client

i had alterrev and i wanted to get the 4d1 game

/sorry for bad english/

when launching game, after logining in, i see this

 

 

i opened the dmp file and i see this

every time i want to launch the game i have to delete caches.xml and run IW4M again....any solution ?

What? the caches.xml is created on very game start automatically, you shouldn't delete it.

Rather do what lmaobox said and upload the dump file.

That is just dumb since the LaunchIW4M link in the start men already searches for updates.

iw4m.exe

The funny thing about this...

You delete caches.xml to force the updater to run again.

Then you try to launch iw4m.exe, wich bypasses the update procedure...

 

The right way to do it would be:

@echo off
del %localappdata%IW4M\caches.xml /q
start %localappdata%IW4M\LaunchIW4M.exe

If you want to make sure that you game folder is clean of garbage, you can run this batch once on your game folder -> viewtopic.php?f=7&t=23848#p198143

DO NOT run it as admin.
