"Awaiting Connection...2.." and then "Disconnected from steam" ?!

Hello, I have quite a problem. ANYTIME I try to connect to a server /tried many of them/ It starts to load, says "Awaiting Connection...2" and then the dots at the end stop moving, my HDD is fully used /LED stays red/, and after like 20s it says "Disconnected from steam". I cannot play anywhere, at any time :( I've tried what I found on the web, restarting the game /15 times/, rebooting the computer /5 times/ but nothing helped. This issue started about 2 or 3 weeks ago. What should I do? Please, help me :(
