But since it's only you asking, it means that it's not down (and I just checked it, in case you were the first one opening a topic about it).

That's because you're missing some packets that should be traded through port 3074 UDP

Create an exception rule for that port on your firewalls. And forward it on your router, if needed.

i dont have router...my internet is connected directly to my modem...and yes i already have it exepted on my fire wall

I don't mean the exception that gets prompted for the game process. I mean an exception for port 3074 UDP
