I have the same problem (BSOD) while playing mw3. It's not cause of graphic card driver, not the audio driver, dont have bad rams or memory, my hard disk are ok.I also replaced the graphic card, same thing. I checked the whole computer and I dont know what's the problem....

I have a GTX 560 AMP edition. I play pretty much everything at ultra/high iw5m shouldn't really pose a problem.

I remember I had a similar BSOD issue on my older system with iw4m, and I ended up changing all the parts as in replacing them thinking the hardware was an issue, later I just turned .netframework on or off, not sure, and no more BSOD's. I know changing the .netframework settings should not get rid of a bsod or cause it, but it just worked. I don't know. This time not the same issue.

What's your processor?

Go on your bios and manually set the memory frequency to the maximum that your processor supports.

An easy way to see if you're having memory errors caused by bad frequency settings (usually when set to "auto" on the bios) is by running a hash file 2 or 3 times. If you get different mismatching files on each time that you run the same hash file, then you're having memory errors (wich sometimes cause those random BSODs).

You can try a hash file for IW5M here -> viewtopic.php?f=26&t=8457
