I tried to launch 4D1 today, but it crashes every time saying : "DirectX encounterred an unrecoverable error.". The last thing I can see in the console is "Creating Direct3D device.". I looked for a similar topic on the forum, but in my case I'm not running any mod, and my DirectX is updated. Can anyone help me ?

Are you trying to load a SP map, or is it just crashing on the menu ?

I don't even see the menu, it crashes in the console.

look the other topics try the noborder re-dx but this thing didnt worked for me ;(

 

hm what if i try to start the game with opengl ?

 

i my found the problem i got dx11 instaled but my gpu supports 10 ..
