Today iw4m automaticaly updated. After game menu mouse pointer changed. Now menu pointer works with in game mouse sensivity. But

My machine is acer 5755g ( core i5 2430m and geforce 540m optimus )

anyone remember battlefield 3 sluttering proglem on some machines ??? my old 9600gt m does this.

( not audio problem from battlefield 3 animation sluttering ) before update game was butter-like animation. but now animation have fps slow down spikes. when running showing fps 60 or more... animation per 1-2 second 1/4 second slow down to 5-10 fps and normal and again.

my graphics setting 1366x768 resolution 2x antialising vsync off. other settings full. this was perfect before last update.

 

i tried ( like some battlefield 3 fixes ) some fixes.

 

---->tried winxp sp3 compatibility mode. ( no differance )

 

---->tried disable hdmi audio output. ( for no multiple sound cards on system ) ( no differance )

 

---->installed last beta nvidia V 313 drivers. this fixed my optimus auto select gpu problem. now i can select from last used programs. showing iw4m.dat.exe high performance mode. before nvidia 313 i was used use all programs to nividia setting...

( lower slutter but not fixed fully... im thinking old version can be perfect with nvidia 313 driver )

 

----> tried ctrl-alt-del selected iw4m and changed cpu priorities ( little differences )

 

----> tried ctrl-alt-del selected iw4m and select available cpu cores for program ( big difference near the fix... this is very similar battlefield 3 fix....... ) :oops:

iw4m.dat not iw4m.dat.exe

 

as there is no such file called iw4m.dat.exe

iw4m.dat.exe different old problem. its fixed with 313 beta nvidia driver. iw4m.dat.exe not important.

 

important is last version doing sluttering and animation shiftings. when set to game for 1 core processor animation working better.......
