Do you know how to install Nvidia Optimus in a notebook Nvidia GeForce GT 320M 1GB VRAM?

Do you even have a second gpu integrated into the cpu? If u dont have optimus already maybe you dont need it.

If I remember corcauses, nvidia optimus causes and aCI detection. Not sure if this is the case but I would wait for confirmation before continuing.

It does not, that was well over a year ago, the only thing you should keep in mind is that you should assign your GPU to iw4m.dat in optimus.
