connection problem with new dlc maps

most player in my server can not connect or still connect to the server

this problem just in new dlc maps unless overwatch no problem in this map

i need code to synchronize connection player (just code) anything help me plz

im good programer in c#

i will attach picture to explain my problem :cry:

plz help me in this problem
