Hi, may I ask you something? I have a rld version of mw3(steamless of course) updated with the 4Delta1 iw5m updater, but when I try to run the "LaunchIW5M.exe" the console throws an error "Error during initialization: Steam must be running for initial authentication to succeed. Please start Steam and restart the game to continue."

 

The thing now is, if I open steam with my account (I don't have an original steam version of mw3, just to be clear), this error wont appear, and it seems that I can play without any trouble BUT, I don't want to risk my steam account just to play an unofficial mw3, so... Am I going to get banned from steam be cause im using a pirate version of the game? I read something about this in the FAQ of iw4m, something like "Will I Get Banned From Steam For Using This? NOOO", but I prefer to ask it here cause this is not the same case I think.
