Fps problems since the update of 12.02.2012

Hey guys,

 

since todays update I get about 20 fps when i look forward and at walls.

I get about 150 fps when I look at the ground like i had before.

 

Can anyone help me out with this problem?

    I've already got the latest version of Direct x and there are no drivers need to be updated...

    I've redownloaded whole iw4m again but I still have the same problem,

    it must be because of the new update because I had normal FPS before the update and I got normal FPS on steam MW2
