Hello again, everytime I play Mw2 I lag and many other people lag to, most of us added that -d3d9 on the shortcut of the IW4M. Too make it work, I closed all the programs that don't need running and I restarted my computer, I also reinstalled IW4M. My FPS was on 45-55 now its on 10-31. I've tried everything to make it work and nothing is happening. What SHOULD I DO?!

How can you even play with ~45 ? I'd suggest you to: lower your settings/upgrade your PC.
