I installed b3 like in tutorial by diduknowipwn.

 

I set up everything I run b3_run.py and then a cmd window comes up and shows some message and then closes in a second before I can read message.

find b3.log and read the errors

 

Why am I getting this even the server is on?

Your RCon IP is wrong

Be sure you are using the local IP. Can you also post your b3.xml (delete your RCon pw!) and b3.log in

brackets?

It can be wrong rcon IP, wrong rcon port, wrong rcon password, wrong parser, unavailable sockets...

Please post your b3.log here..

rcon does not respond, it may be that the server is not running.

The location of the server ip is wrong in b3.xml

The rcon password is wrong

Well we need the b3.xml and b3.log
