There is no HD4600. There's the HD4600 series, and yes, your board will support them. But don't.

 

Find a better card on Ebay for almost nothing. You could probably find something like a 5750, 6570, 6670 etc. for a pittance. God knows, 6670s cost about $60 new now.

You don't have to have a credit card. I usually use a prepaid master card that I top up with cash. You can get these from supermarkets and post offices etc.. They are pretty much anonymous too, as you can top them up with cash.
