Actually there isn't any release, therefore you can't install "our" mw2.

But at first you should purchase the game on steam.

IW4M doesn't currently have a released version. A good place to start, however, would be buying the game via Steam, because IW4M will require a legit copy of the game. Once you do that, you'll have to play the waiting game.
