AndoridLock XT is nice. Lockdown PRO, Barrel and IaP cracker aren't bad either.

jLauncher - A better "running apps" screen

Location Spoofer - Self-explanatory switched to LocationHolic

MxTube - Allows you to download YouTube videos

OpenSSH - Allows you to access your filetree via FTP

osu! - Rythm game

PasswordPilot - Auto-fills your password when App Store asks you to do so (pro is even better)

ScreenDim - Dims your screen when you want it to

SwipeSelection - If you want to make typing a less pain in the ass

Try osu!stream from appstore, although that one doesn't support custom beatmaps

Guys, I've been trying to install themes with custom lockscreen and custom sounds, but for some reason, it just loads the background image but doesn't load the custom lockscreen and sounds.

Yes, I do have winterboard.

Check the changelogs if it has been updated to iOS 6

but then again, Cydia won't allow you to install it unless it has been told that it works on iOS 6

Winterboard works fine on my iPod Touch 5th Gen on iOS 6.1
