i opened LaunchIW5M.exe and the game started, i pressed Play and it connected . but then the game would freeze and show that error

the first time i opened it it said that i should have steam working before i can play the game ,, now this error ,, how can i fix this?

Because this error is caused by damaged game files

i already tried the Hash test and every thing was green and matched ,, any other way i could find out?

and i tried downloading the file from steam and it didn't start

If the hash check gave all green files, then the problem is with one of the files that come with the updater.

Delete caches.xml and start LaunchIW5M.exe to verify those.
