Hey all,i wanted to make a clan with my friend and i was wondering if you guys would allow me to post a topic on a forum introducing that clan and asking people would they join us,can we do that or no,im just asking cuz if thats not allowed i dont want to do it without permission and get banned,so please reply me is that allowed? :?

As MAGIC said, post in 'Games', give them info. about your 'clan' page, servers, teamspeak/mumble/ventrillo servers, how many members, which games, etc.
