in past accounts ( i didnt know how to change name ) i used once a EAM tool and now i made a new account cuz i got bored

but i am in a other problem my weapons and perks wont upgrade they dont count kills i ve more than 10 kills with intervention and i dont have a silencer

very strange but any help would be apriciated

i want to start all over again Nothig gained you know

that i have to gain everithin again but it has to work cuz with other accounts i have did resetstats and the same no upgrading problem and if i restart my game it is the same as befor resetting.
