No double xp and only 5 classes

Guyd do you know why I only have 5 classes and also no doulbe xp ? Can it be because this is my 6 th account i have becuase I have never used any kind of cheats never its true.

 

And this is not strange for me, because i was created an account for my friend for 3 motnhs ago and he was have the same problem only 5 classes and no double xp and NOTE that he not had any accounts before he never play on pc
