Maybe... I don't if that router's firmware will do the job with those settings. I usually just prefer setting a DMZ host and get done with the forwardings. But atleast the port is that one.

I had that problem too . Then i linked the game with steam because i needed the steam overlay for chatting. It works fine now .. dont know why but it works.

the easiest way to troubleshoot a firewall is just to turn it off, sometimes if you do exception you may set the wrong EXE or maybe wrong settings

just turn off firewall for 10 minutes and test.

if it works when its off then ill show you how to set exception or you can google
