I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, but nobody can connect to me on IW4 in a private match. I can connect to everyone just fine, and on my PS3 people can connect, so it lies within my laptop itself, or my MW2. Also when I host a server on ArmA 2, my server doesn't come up on the list. As in, when I host on my computer. I've turned my Firewall off and still nothing. Already did port forwarding, already tried DMZ. I'm really wanting to host my own game with a mod for MW2. Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems to be my PC most likely.

afaik, private matches don't work. You'd need to setup a local dedicated server.

Slap yourself son that is IW5M.

Anyways back on topic. Um is your NAT type strict? Also are you giving them IPv6 + port?

My NAT is Strict, but only on my PC. My PS3 it's Open, PC it's closed. I've tried everything, the most obvious things I've already done. UPnP is on, ports have been forwarded, I've cut the firewall completely off, restored my router to factory settings, placed my PC in DMZ; all on a static IP address. It lies within my PC itself and I cannot find anyone with a similar problem. It's always been resolved through UPnP for port forwarding for other people.

I got it fixed now after several different things. I don't know how my PS3 was Open NAT unless my PC isn't using the UPnP correctly. We were given a modem and told we needed to get a router for WiFi. Turns out this modem has it built in. So all changes made on the other router didn't matter.
