the client player still connecting to my server in dlc map but in the old map connected fine (good)

I don't see anything wrong here ? Unless they can't connect ? They most likely don't have the files then.

no,they have the file but i know some player but i dont know what the problem

You're the third person complaining about that issue. The other two were both brazilian server hosts.

I went on remote assistance to one of them's computer, and the only thing I could find out about that issue is that people actually connect, but they will take longer, the more people are trying to connect to the server.

If you have 2 or 3 people on the server, they will connect just fine. But the more people join the server, longer they will take to join a DLC map on your server.

It seems like an internet connection issue (some traffic filtering maybe). But you'll have to be the one trying to find out more about it, since I don't have the environment to debug it.

I can't really help you because that's a really rare issue, to wich very few people (you're one of them) have the environment to debug it.

I think it's something related with your connection, but you'll have to be the one finding out what it is.
