Hola a todos que miren el post solo quiero que me ayuden a solucionar este problema

 

Esta es la imagen que sale cuando le doy a instalar el InstallIW4M.exe

SI no se ve la imagen aqui ay un link donde esta el mismo error :l pero no entiendo ingles y google traductor no traduce bien ..

Gracias Black todo solucionado .. Muchas gracias :) Solo una pregunta mas porque tengo tan alto el ping ? si en xbox siempre llevo buena conexion ? Otra mas no ay una manera de bajar los graficos porque me va muy lento el juego solo ay algunos mods en servers de isniper que te dejan poner con el numero 5 low graphics :l
