i can be banned from Steam??

hi, i have mw2, and mw3 legitim on steam.

i dont play mw2 on steam because lag and there are not servers.

i copy the mw2 files in other folder, and install 4D1 there. now when i launch iw4m.exe in steam status appears:

In-game Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

i can be banned from steam for that??
