Intense lag when I join game

I host a server ([AU] ZYNEX'S SNIPING SERVER) which is also hosted off my computer and whenever I join, it lags badly. I will get around 450 ping or CI, and others will just time out.

 

Please help. I did make one change which was my graphics card. wouldn't make a difference though would it.

    I havent been able to connect to other servers because of either Couldnt reach the FDO server on startup or Downloading of mod didnt work.

     

    I dont have optimus, I run a desktop.

     

    Update: stuck on awaiting gamestate on any server
