MW3 problems . HELP!!

I instaled the game a few days ago and allready have problems:

1.I cant join games that are on maps starting with mp_.......

2.When im joining a stock(i believe) map ,before i get into the game i get : patch_mp.ff is different from the server.

 

Guys help out i tried searching the forum but it didng work for me that good.

Otherwise i wont be writing this topic.
