Demo playback error need help D:

Everytime I try to play a demo from a mod(snipe) I get lost connection to host. I've taken out the demos from the mods folder into the mw2demo/demos folder and still no avail. I've also tried launching the mods and then playing them back. Should I put the demos back into their original folders and then launch the mods and then play the demos? I have no idea how to fix this. I have really good clips saved too :/
