Get Past Firewall

So iw5m.dat is keep getting added to the firewall (and blocks it), even if i changed it to .exe. I don't have admin rights of course and when i go to allow a program through, click change settings, and check all of the home network and stuff, click ok, it doesn't changes anything. Neither it deletes it or let me add it (give an admin error). So is there a way to bypass that so i can paly iw5m online?
