As I've pointed out on my last post, there's this problem with lagspikes - random players are affected, which kinda sucks. But I've also noticed that game isn't as smooth as it should be - even on low pings, player movements are jiggly/erratic.

Well, yeah, lag spikes like crazy in some games.

I completely agree, it isnt really like lagg, but more like trippy animations or freezing

i also have it often, i think its a server issue and it depends on which server you play
