Does anyone have the tools for making custom camos? Also, I remember there was a tool on aIW that did all the hex editing for you. If anyone has that, it will be greatly appreciated.

I remember you just needed to make some image... the rest was coding.

 

No, there were some converters to convert the .IWI file to a .dds so you can edit it in photoshop. i just need those programs.
