no matter what server i join i get bad lag (2 yellow bars) any other game i play is fine (wow TF2 starcraft 2 crysis ect) i know it's not my internet connection. i played xbox 360 MW3&2&1 and had no lag either.

Play on servers which have a lower latency. Most servers are in EU.

Lowering your game settings could help.

Turn off specular maps and soften edge of smoke.

Also use lower texture settings.
