PLZ HELP I CAN'T PLAY

pc : xp edition family

when i download the client updater i get this message :

InstallIW4M.exe - Application Error

 

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application

 

[OK button]

 

Anyhelp plz??

btw steam and steam mw2 +cod4 work properly
